The apartment is 80 square meters and offers space for 2-4 people plus a small child (baby). The living area features a large, comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and direct access to the balcony. The separate kitchen with dining area offers a high-quality kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, and more, providing ample space for cooking, baking, and dining. Various spices, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, etc., are provided. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds. The bathroom is modernly furnished with a shower and bathtub, towel warmer, sink, and toilet. Guests have access to the garden. Play equipment is available. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony!
